Thank you for selecting CODY NUCHIA for your pet care needs. We prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your pet products, ensuring each item arrives in intact condition to meet your pet’s daily requirements and your expectations.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days following the receipt of your order confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, and mandatory pet product quality checks are not included in the processing period.
In the event of high order volume, inventory shortages, or unforeseen logistical issues, processing times may be extended. We will send a timely email notification to inform you of any delays and the adjusted processing timeline.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size of the pet products, and your shipping location. The precise shipping cost will be automatically computed and displayed on the checkout page prior to your payment submission.
Estimated delivery times (calculated in business days, excluding order processing time):
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days. Actual delivery times are subject to variation due to carrier delays, regional logistics bottlenecks, extreme weather, or holiday-related disruptions. All delivery estimates are for reference only, and we shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during order placement. This email includes a unique tracking code, which you can use to monitor the real-time progress of your package on the carrier’s official website.
Please allow 24-72 hours for the carrier’s system to update tracking information after shipment. If you are unable to access your tracking details within this timeframe, please contact us for further support.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is your sole responsibility to verify that your shipping address (including street number, city, state, and zip code) is accurate and complete when placing your order. CODY NUCHIA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be required to cover all reshipping costs to have the package re-dispatched.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Shipments
Lost Shipments: If your package is deemed lost in transit (no delivery update for 5 days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us within 6 days of the expected delivery date. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to conduct a thorough investigation. Upon confirmation of loss, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your pet products arrive damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective items, the original packaging, and the shipping label. Our team will review the submitted materials and resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or partial compensation.
6. Pet Product Care and Handling Guidelines
All pet products are designed to meet standard pet care needs, and proper handling is essential to ensure their longevity. Please follow the care instructions provided on each product’s packaging. CODY NUCHIA is not responsible for damage, deterioration, or malfunction caused by improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow the provided care guidelines after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to, improper cleaning of pet accessories, overuse of pet toys, or exposure of products to extreme temperatures that are not specified as safe.
7. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Regulations
International shipping is available to select countries. For all international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other related charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are required to familiarize themselves with their country’s import regulations for pet products. CODY NUCHIA is not liable for packages detained, seized, or rejected by customs due to non-compliance with local laws, regulations, or restricted item policies.
